VENUE POLICY
HARASSMENT STATEMENT
We want everyone to feel safe and at home in our venue.
We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy. We all have to look out for each other. Many beautiful friendships have begun and will continue to blossom on our dance floor, we are 100% down with that, but please remember most people just wanna dance.
Respect that or remove yourself.
DOOR POLICY
The Love Inn is proud to welcome all those who want to dance. In line with our harassment statement, we operate a strict door policy. We employ a door picker to ensure that the venue remains a welcoming space that people feel safer to dance.
Please ensure you treat our door team with respect when entering & exiting the venue.
TOILET POLICY
We operate without male/female assigned toilets.
They are now marked urinals/ cubicles and we would like customers to use whichever they feel most comfortable.
However, we would like to be extremely clear that we will not tolerate people making others feel uncomfortable or distressed, and encourage everyone to be sensible when it comes to what door they walk through.
DRUGS POLICY
To be clear, we do not condone drug use in our venue. However, if you decide to take recreational drugs before, during, or after attending The Love Inn, then please do this with respect & care for both yourself and those around you.
Know your limits! If you start to feel unwell at any point or are concerned about yourself or someone else then please speak to a member of staff, who will help and support you with no judgement.
STAFF
Without our incredible staff we would not be able to provide this amazing space to laugh, dance, and have fun.
It goes without saying that we expect customers to treat them with the utmost respect and patience.
Abuse of our staff will not be tolerated.
VENUE & ACCESSIBILITY
The Love Inn is a fully accessible venue, our staff work hard to ensure everyones safety and enjoyment. Please contact us for specific accessibility needs.
Please respect the venue, we often have a very busy dancefloor, and we appreciate our customers behaving sensibly.
WELFARE
We want everyone to feel safe at all times in our venue - customers, staff, promoters, and artists alike.
If you feel unsafe, anxious, or worried about the behaviour of someone then please let our team know immediately, and it will be dealt with discreetly and efficiently.
